By booking or receiving services from LabShine Auto Detailing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Expectations

Auto detailing is a cosmetic service, not a repair or restoration service. Results vary depending on the vehicle's condition, age, and materials. Some stains, odors, scratches, or defects may not be fully removable.

2. Pre-Existing Conditions

LabShine Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

  • Scratches, paint defects, or clear coat failure
  • Fading, peeling, oxidation
  • Tears, rips, cracks, or worn materials
  • Loose trim, aftermarket modifications
  • Electrical or mechanical issues

Photos are taken before and after service to document vehicle condition.

3. Additional Services & Upsells

If additional services are required to achieve expected results, technicians may recommend upsells such as stain removal, pet hair removal, odor treatment, or paint decontamination.

  • All upsells must be approved through our booking system
  • Verbal approvals are not valid
  • If a recommended service is declined, the customer acknowledges that final results may be limited

LabShine Auto Detailing is not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by declined recommended services.

4. Customer Approval

All services, upsells, approvals, and declines are documented digitally. Digital approval or decline constitutes a binding agreement.

5. Photos & Documentation

Customers agree that photos may be taken before, during, and after service for:

  • Quality control
  • Dispute resolution
  • Marketing purposes (unless otherwise requested)

6. Damage Disclaimer

LabShine Auto Detailing is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Fragile, worn, or aged materials
  • Prior repairs or poor workmanship
  • Brittle plastics, headliners, screens, or sensitive electronics

The customer assumes risk when authorizing cleaning of aged or delicate surfaces.

7. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service
  • Services are not considered complete until payment is received
  • No partial refunds are provided for completed work

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • A 15% deposit is required to secure all appointments
  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the 15% deposit
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows automatically forfeit the deposit

9. Satisfaction & Re-Service Policy

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. LabShine Auto Detailing reserves the right to inspect the vehicle before approving any re-service.

10. Limitation of Liability

LabShine Auto Detailing's liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. Under no circumstances shall LabShine Auto Detailing be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Right to Refuse Service

LabShine Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:

  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Excessive contamination beyond the booked service
  • Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior

12. Agreement

By booking, approving, or receiving services, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
