1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of LabShine Auto Detailing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

LabShine Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services including but not limited to:

  • Interior detailing (standard and full)
  • Exterior detailing (standard and full)
  • Complete detail packages (4-Star and 5-Star)
  • Ceramic coating applications
  • Additional add-on services

3. Booking and Payment

Booking: Services must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific services requested. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative scheduling options.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information and service location
  • Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle
  • Disclose any existing damage or issues with the vehicle
  • Provide access to water and electricity if service is at customer's location
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time

6. Liability and Disclaimers

Pre-existing Damage: We will document any pre-existing damage before beginning work. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed by the customer.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Insurance: We maintain appropriate business insurance. However, customers are responsible for their own comprehensive vehicle insurance.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns or, if necessary, provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.

8. Loyalty Program Terms

The LabShine Loyalty Club is free to join and offers rewards based on service frequency. Program terms:

  • Points and rewards are non-transferable
  • Rewards expire 12 months from date of earning
  • Program terms and rewards are subject to change with notice
  • We reserve the right to terminate memberships for fraud or abuse

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LabShine Auto Detailing and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
